Gobindaganj General Hospital (GGH) is a purpose-built healthcare facility in Gobindaganj, Chhatak, Sunamganj, Bangladesh. Established with a vision to make quality medical care more accessible to local communities, GGH combines modern medical facilities with a compassionate, patient-first approach.
Since opening in February 2025, our ambition has been simple: to provide dependable, affordable and dignified healthcare close to home.

A Hospital Built for the Community
Gobindaganj General Hospital was born from a shared vision: to improve access to quality healthcare for the people of Gobindaganj and the surrounding areas.
For many families, accessing medical treatment can involve travelling considerable distances to larger towns and cities. GGH was established to help address this challenge by bringing essential healthcare services, diagnostic facilities and medical expertise closer to the communities that need them.
The hospital was developed through the dedication, investment and collective efforts of individuals who shared a common ambition to create a lasting healthcare institution for the region.
Purpose-built with careful consideration for patient comfort, accessibility and clinical requirements, the hospital represents a long-term investment in the health and wellbeing of the local community.
GGH celebrated its official opening on 30 January 2025 and commenced patient services on 8 February 2025.
Today, we continue to develop our services, strengthen our clinical teams and invest in the facilities needed to support our growing community.
